The Governing Committee’s mandate is to define objectives, lay out priorities, approve rules and ensure the openness and transparency of the BQC19 and its partner institutions. It ensures that BQC19 fulfills its social mission and ethical responsibilities to its patient-partners. It’s tasked with the periodic update of its management framework and receives operational reports. It also helps lay out plans for when the BQC19 has completed its mandate.
