7th release of new data sets to researchers

Montreal, Qc. The Biobanque québécoise de la COVID-19 (BQC19) is pleased to announce a new release of data available to researchers.

COVID-19 researchers can now access clinical and phenotypic, transcriptomic, proteomic, immuno-serological, metabolomic and enriched genomic data.

The BQC19 sites have recruited participants from across the province who have consented to have their data and blood collected to help understand and combat COVID-19. To date, 4,740 Quebecers have donated blood samples at nine different clinical sites in four regions of the province, with over 35,000 biological samples available to researchers.

The BQC19 shares data, specimens and analyses derived from blood samples and information from participants with researchers around the world.

This BQC19 data release adds 1,240 immuno-serology datasets and updates the clinical and phenotypic datasets. This new data release updates the data of the 4,327 participants and their follow-ups and adds 413 participants and their follow-ups.
