Montreal, Qc. The Biobanque québécoise de la COVID-19 (BQC19) is pleased to announce a new release of data available to researchers.
COVID-19 researchers can now access clinical and phenotypic, transcriptomic, proteomic, immuno-serological, metabolomic and enriched genomic data.
The BQC19 sites have recruited participants from across the province who have consented to have their data and blood collected to help understand and combat COVID-19. To date, 6,017 Quebecers have donated blood samples at nine different clinical sites in four regions of the province, with over 43,300 biological samples available to researchers.
The BQC19 shares data, specimens and analyses derived from blood samples and information from participants with researchers around the world.
This BQC19 data release adds 375 GWS datasets, 381 RNA-seq datasets, and updates the clinical and phenotypic datasets. This new data release updates the data of the 6,017 participants and their follow-ups and adds 874 participants and their follow-ups. The visit data correspond to 34,036 (rows), an increase of 10% on data share #8.
